Full terms are from September to January and from February to June. There is also a summer term from July to August.
You can start lessons at any time. Go to Current Availabilities to see available lesson times for each instrument or for each teacher. You can submit a request to reserve a lesson time from the Current Availabilities page. You can also contact us to find out about current availabilities.
If a students registers for lessons during the term lessons fees are pro-rated.
All lesson fees are payable in advance. Payment arrangements must be completed before the beginning of each term. Lesson times cannot be confirmed until payment arrangements are completed.
Students should complete the month before discontinuing. There are no refunds for partial months.
If a student discontinues lessons a credit will be issued for all full months remaining in the term.
A missed lesson does not excuse payment.
A student will be entitled to up to three make-up lessons in each term. Make-up lessons will only be given if we are informed of the cancellation before 6:00 pm the day before the lesson. Messages may be left on our answering machine. Lessons cancelled after 6:00 pm the previous day for any reason (including illness or bad weather) will be forfeited. Three chances only will be provided to make up a missed lesson after which the lesson will be forfeited. All make-up lessons must be completed before the end of the term.
